Ordering a few more invitations or announcements than your guest list is suggested to ensure you have a couple extras for keepsakes and for last minute guest additions. It is much more cost effective to order extras than to place a new order!
All orders are shipped via UPS ground or UPS Worldwide, unless otherwise noted. When shipping internationally, customs, taxes, brokerage and other import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Our international shipping prices do not include any taxes or other fees that may be applied to your order upon delivery in your home country.

When to send?
Per standard wedding etiquette, save the dates should be mailed 6-8 months prior to your wedding date while wedding invitations should be mailed 6-8 weeks (US clients) or 10-12 weeks (UK clients) before the big day. Also, don’t forget, thank you notes should be sent out no more than 3 months after receiving wedding gifts.

Pick a color from the collection or request a custom color for a flat fee of $30/£18. A color swatch will be required when matching custom colors to guarantee color correctness.

Choose a font from the extensive list of font options to make a design more bespoke and tailored to your style. Can’t decide? Not a problem, let us help you pair fonts to achieve the look you are wanting to achieve.
• PRINTING STYLES
Select a printing technique to best fit your desired budget and design preference. Mixing and matching printing styles within a wedding suite or announcement can be done. Please feel free ask about these possibilities when ordering samples or placing your order.

Remember, etiquette is meant to serve as a guideline, helping to build relationships, but should not be followed at the cost of damaging a relationship. Reply card deadlines should include a buffer of at least one week before the final guest count is needed to give you time to contact guests who have yet to confirm their attendance.
Traditionally baby announcements include the babe’s first, middle and last name (as well as the name they will be called if different) as well as their birth details; birth date, weight and length. Adoption specific announcements can also include the “gotcha date” of when the child was welcomed into their new family. Parent and sibling names (in order of age) typically follow the announcement of the newest child.

Outer and inner envelopes can be used for both wedding invitations and baby announcements. Outer envelopes traditionally include guest names and addresses while the inner envelopes only list guest names. Please refer to the etiquette guidelines for specific examples of these envelope pairs.
